We will gladly take back items for whatever reason, IF they are in the same condition they were in when we shipped them to you. You will need to pay return shipping and there will be a 15% restocking fee to cover our administrative costs for processing the return. We do not refund original shipping cost.

If you receive damaged artwork, please call us tollfree at: 1-866-997-4949 within 2 days of receipt so we can arrange to have it picked up and inspected. Please retain all of the original packing materials.
